The Krilo Lux, voted Outstanding Shipbuilding Project of the Year 2019.
The Krilo Lux vessel, built by Astilleros GONDAN, was recognized as the Outstanding Shipbuilding Project of the Year 2019 in Spain, a distinction that highlights the technical excellence, design, and construction quality of the project.
The award was presented at the Naval and Ocean Engineering Awards, organized by the Spanish Association of Naval and Ocean Engineers (AINE), which each year recognizes the most significant constructions developed by the Spanish shipbuilding industry.
The Krilo Lux, with a total length of 36 m, a beam of 10.5 m, and a capacity for 444 passengers, is a high-speed catamaran that stands out for its innovative design, technical performance, and the integration of solutions aimed at operational efficiency and comfort. The jury particularly appreciated the complexity of the project and the ability of Astilleros GONDÁN to bring to fruition a vessel that is advanced from a technical and construction standpoint.
