
GONDAN receives the Borgund XI Award from the Spanish-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce for its excellence and technological advancement
GONDAN has been honored with the Borgund XI Award, granted by the Spanish-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, in recognition of its commitment to excellence and technological advancement in shipbuilding, as well as for its contribution to strengthening ties between Spain and Norway.
The award ceremony took place on March 16 during an institutional meeting organized by the Spanish-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, which brings together representatives from the business and institutional spheres linked to cooperation between the two countries.
The award was collected by Álvaro Platero, president of GONDAN, at a ceremony that highlighted the company’s track record in the Norwegian market. The Chamber particularly highlighted the shipyard’s ability to develop highly specialized vessels, a collaboration that has been ongoing since 1998, consolidating GONDAN as a leading industrial partner for the Nordic country.
With this recognition, GONDAN strengthens its international positioning and reaffirms its commitment to innovation and excellence as the pillars of its growth and its historic relationship with Norway.
