Fibre division team
Álvaro is the sole shareholder of GONDAN, where he began to work in 1987. A MSc Naval architect, he devoted his first years to getting to know the company and modernizing it. Since 1995, he is the General Director of GONDAN.

Holding a degree in Economics, Luis started working at the company in 1993. Since then he has been the Financial Director of the company. As well he is the main responsible for the Quality Management System.

As an aeronautical engineer employed by the company since 2014, Antonio has served as Director of the Fiber Division.

Naval Architect with a long career in the development of projects for composite material vessels. Currenly, he is the Technical Director of the Fibre Division.

With extensive experience in administrative work and management, Javier has held the position of Administration Manager in the company’s Fiberglass Division since 2008.

With experience since 2008 in development and construction of projects for the naval field, he becomes part of GONDAN team in the year 2019. He currently holds the post of Project Manager and Technical Office Manager in the Fibre Division.
