OSJ award for GONDAN SOV project

Last February 4th in London, the shipyard’s most recent project for the Norwegian owner Østensjø Rederi, a Service Operation Vessel, was awarded with the Offshore Renewable Award, at the Annual Offshore Support Journal Conference, Awards and Exhibition.
Håkon Vevang, charterer from Østensjø Rederi, received the award.
This is the second OSJ prize the owner receives for a vessel built by Gondan Shipyard. The first one was the OSJ Environmental Award, the most environmentally friendly vessel in the world, awarded to the Edda Ferd in 2013.
