GONDAN workers made a donation to FRATERNIDAD
At the end of last month, GONDAN Shipbuilders workers decided to support together with a donation to Fraternidad Association.
The workers and members of GONDAN council approved in assembly to give Fraternidad (http://www.occidente.com/fraternidad/) an economic contribution received from the Norwegian shipowner company Østensjø Rederi A / S (www.ostensjo. no), for which they have been working in the last years in the construction of several vessels in the shipyard.

In a statement, Fraternidad Assocition thanks “all the workers of GONDAN Shipbuilders, as well as the company itself, for the important donation”, adding that “beyond the large amount provided, we are pleased with the fact of the recognition of the work we do every day to improve the quality of life for people with intellectual disabilities in our rural environment”. In addition, they especiallly thank “Mr. Johannes Østensjø for his social commitment to the region.” Finally, a representative of Fraternidad users wrote a thank-you letter:
