GONDAN wishes you a Merry Christmas and a Happy 2023
All of us at GONDAN would like to wish a very Merry Christmas to each and every one of our customers, suppliers, institutions and organisations that make it possible for us to build high added value ships for all parts of the world.
On this occasion, and joining in the celebration of its centenary, we have counted on the collaboration of the Biblioteca Popular-Circulante Menéndez Pelayo de Castropol, which in turn has requested the help of its youngest users, who attend the “La Paloma” public school in Castropol, Asturias.
Boats, cranes, stars, gifts, were some of the motifs that emerged thanks to their effort and originality. We have chosen a beautiful design, which we have adapted with our logo and typography to send Christmas greetings this year.
We are very happy with the result and with the possibility of collaborating with an institution that carries out such important cultural work. The Castropol Library was born as a circulating library that travelled around the surrounding villages. Founded 100 years ago in a rural environment far away from the urban centres, it went on to develop a network of fourteen libraries. A cultural adventure that continues to this day.
