Emergency drill carried out at GONDAN

As part of the Quality, Environment and Health and Safety Policy, and the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards, Gondan Shipyard performs simulations regularly– among other practices – aimed at training workers to react effectively in case of an emergency situation.
Recently, as an example, a fire drill on a vessel under construction was successfully carried out, with the participation of Asturias Firefighters. The company’s emergency chief, the head of intervention and the ship manager were also part of this exercise for improving operating procedures
