Built for the Norwegian shipowner Engenes Fiskeriselskap AS, the trawler will operate in Northern Atlantic and Artic waters.
The GRP vessels, awarded to the shipyard last October, will connect Lisbon with the south bank of the Tagus.
The shipyard has implemented a new ERP software to optimize the management of its increasingly complex projects.
They will be built and delivered following the two CSOVs ordered in 2020 for the same owner and currently under construction at GONDAN.
They will be installed in Østensjø Rederi’s new CSOV, under construction, the world’s most environmentally-friendly vessels of its kind.
This is the second time that a vessel from the GRP division of GONDAN receives this distinction.
It is one of the most advanced vessels of its kind, which will be operated by Prestfjord AS, one of Norway's largest fishing and fish farm owners.
GONDAN's GRP Division delivered a new ferry for the shipowner Líneas Romero.
